Our office is a member of ChiroTrust and has taken The ChiroTrust Pledge:
“To the best of my ability, I agree to provide my patients convenient, affordable, and mainstream Chiropractic care. I will not use unnecessary long-term treatment plans and/or therapies.”
What this means to you is that I do not create long term plans. Together, you and I set a therapeutic pain relief chiropractic goal, decide on a reasonable number of visits (usually 2-6), after which we evaluate your progress.
I will help you get out of pain as quickly as I can, and it is up to you whether you continue treatment after that!

Do you only work with necks and backs?
Not at all. Because we work primarily with the spine, back and neck pain are often symptoms that resolve fairly quickly in our office. Remember, however, that we are truly looking at your nervous system and making sure nothing is blocking its efficient and wonderful function.
When this happens, all sorts of problems can be helped: allergies, digestive disorders, problems getting or staying pregnant, skin problems, dizziness, migraines, multiple food allergies, insomnia, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and on and on. The nervous system controls and directs Life. Unburden the nervous system and you experience unbounded Life. Also keep in mind we are not treating symptoms per se. We are helping you express health. There is a big difference. Curing and symptom treatment is the world of allopathic medicine, and they are really good at it. We are coming from the perspective of inspiring your body and mind to heal by unlocking the health already within you. We regularly refer to the fine neurologists, orthopedists, and radiologists in the area when needed.
How does chiropractic treatment help?
One of the best things chiropractic has to offer is to help you restore your body to pain free living, and to regain free, flexible, and fluid motion.
With chiropractic, the major joints in the body can move more freely and gracefully – especially the spine.
Again, with motion comes life. Personally, I want to be able to move around on this planet for as long as I can do so in a pain free, flexible way. I have no intention of being stiff and stooped when I am 80 years old, and I know how to accomplish that. I intend to be happily, freely moving around where and when I want. How about you?
Nature wants you to be well. I agree with that statement, and, most likely, you do too. In fact, if you are reading this, you are probably looking for a way to accomplish just that.
So, read on…
The original, fundamental principles of chiropractic are simple:
You see, the brain is the computer that runs everything. The brain is continuous with the spinal cord, and together, they control ALL functions of the body.
This means that the brain sends and receives signals to and from every cell, tissue, organ and system of the body, and gets feedback from them all as well. This occurs about 4 billion times per second.
When this communication process is unrestricted, we can express perfect health.
Anything that disturbs this process, inhibits us from expressing perfect health, and our function can become limited.
Similar concepts form the foundation of Acupuncture, Qi Gong and Yoga.
In fact, the brain is dependent on input from the joints, especially those of the spine, to maintain its ability to thrive! In other words, when we don’t move, we degenerate, and we are in a state of decline.
We know that the brain centers for motion, E-motion and thought are very closely related. It follows, then, that when we move more, through the help of chiropractic, we actually begin to reverse the aging process! Then, we can experience the vitality that may seem as if it was lost forever.
For these reasons, the chiropractor is primarily interested in the detection, and correction of spinal nerve interference. That is why most chiropractors first focus on the vertebrae, the bones and joints of the head, neck and back. I also adjust the ankles, wrists, elbows and knees, working with various muscles, tendons and ligaments, as needed.
I have studied many types of chiropractic diagnostic and treatment approaches, including some that use instruments that allow gentle, yet effective adjustments using very low force. In fact, one treatment approach is done entirely in the standing position.
Go ahead and call my office for an appointment so we can discover how you can begin to regain your vitality.
